The space
Relax. This home has been beautifully decorated with simple, clean furnishings and is ready to offer you a wonderful stay while visiting San Diego. Our home has 3 bedrooms, which fits 6 comfortably. It is a cozy space around 900 sq. ft, but has everything you will need with a nice outdoor area and park next door. Free street parking is available.
Guest access
Guests will access the house with a keypad code sent before check-in. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, fridge with ice maker) and stocked with basics for cooking. The TV connects to local channels, Netflix, and other streaming services. The private yard has patio furniture and plenty of space for children to enjoy outside. Free onsite laundry is available for guests. There's also a Pack-N-Play available for guests with little children. There are 4 beds in the 3 rooms. A queen, a double, and two twin beds. Other details
We are in the flight path of San Diego Airport. There are planes flying at all times of the day and night. The planes do cause the occasional conversation interruption during peak hours while you are outside, but noise is minimal inside the home with the windows closed. Our house also has central A/C and ceiling fans in every room, which are great at keeping the house at a comfortable temperature.

Neighborhood overview
Location, Location, Location! This home is centrally located adjacent to the historic San Diego neighborhoods of Golden Hill and South Park. A short walk North-East will take you to the wonderful shops in South Park (search South Park SD) Heading West towards 25th street will feature delicious pizza at Luigi's, coffee at Krakatoa, and others stores. The world famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park is only 5 minutes away. The park adjacent to the house is popular for picnics, sunbathing, pickup sports, and features some great climbing trees. Traveling with children? There are two playgrounds in walking distance. If you're interested in trail jogging/walking, there are great options nearby (search "Balboa Park Hiking and Biking Trails"). We're closest to Golden Hill. Transit
If you're not driving your own car there are several options to get around. Lyft-Uber-Taxi rides are inexpensive because of the central location. The #2 bus to downtown and North Park is just one block away. Rideshare scooters and bicycles are always nearby.

The house is a cute and cozy little spot in a very walkable neighborhood. We were able to see all of the sites we planned on while only being a 10-15 minute drive away. Ebraheem was even really helpful when we needed help troubleshooting a minor issue with check in!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There is a park, trails, golf course, Starbucks, corner store plus restaurants in walking distance. The zoo and museums were a 10 minute drive away and the airport is approximately 15 minutes. The home comfortably fit 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. Did not have any issues finding a parking spot as the park around the corner had plenty of open parking spots which we only needed to use the last 2 of our 5 day stay. Definitely recommend booking.

Ebraheem and co were great! This was my first trip to California and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was within a short drive away and you could to walk to several local restaurants. Parking is scarce but it’s California so it’s expected. There was a setback with Check-in (faulty keypad) but Ebraheem was quick to respond and solve the issue. This was my first experience with Airbnb and I thank Ebraheem and his team for making it a pleasant one.

Plenty of markets, restaurants, food trucks within a block or two. Cute outdoor space. Not a lot of comfortable seating in the living room, as the couch converts to a bed by unfolding, so if you have older folks, they are not really able to sit on it, and the two chairs aren't much better, but for people under retirement age its perfect. I will return for sure as the location is amazing... OH jets fly over every few mins pretty much all day and night. My grandsons loved it, and it didn't bother me, but it could bother light sleepers.

I really enjoyed the place and had an amazing time! It was a little difficult to find the keypad but once we located it, it was easy check in and the place was wonderful. The location was convenient and the house was cozy. One thing is that parking was slightly inconvenient at night time but nothing too major. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a great experience staying at Ebraheem’s Airbnb. He was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was quite spacious for our party, and having a pack-and-play and a high chair available was incredibly helpful for us. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was that the kitchen countertops and floors had some spots and could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
