The space

Together, these two homes sleep up to 14 guests comfortably — perfect for families, friends, and groups who want to stay close while enjoying the convenience of separate spaces. Each home is tastefully decorated with clean, modern furnishings and designed for comfort. Both houses feature 3 bedrooms, with one sleeping up to 6 guests and the other accommodating up to 8 guests with the addition of a pull-out sofa. While each home is cozy in size (about 800–900 sq. ft.), they are fully equipped with welcoming living areas, well-stocked kitchens, and smart TVs. Guests will enjoy private outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or gathering, plus a park right next door. One home includes a designated parking space, and additional free street parking is available nearby.

Guest access

Guests will access the homes with a keypad code sent before check-in. The kitchens are fully equipped (microwave, toaster, fridge with ice maker) and stocked with basics for cooking. The TVs connect to local channels, Netflix, and other streaming services. Each house has a private yard with patio furniture and plenty of space for children to enjoy outside. Free onsite laundry is available for guests. There's also a Pack-N-Play available for guests with little children. The front house has 4 beds in the 3 rooms. A queen, a double, and two twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room. The rear house has 3 beds in the 3 rooms. Two queens and a double bed. Photos are available in the listing.

Other details

We are in the flight path of San Diego Airport. There are planes flying at all times of the day and night. The planes do cause the occasional conversation interruption during peak hours while you are outside, but noise is minimal inside the home with the windows closed. The homes have central A/C and ceiling fans in every room, which are great at keeping the house at a comfortable temperature.

Interaction with guests

You will have exclusive access to the homes during your stay. We are usually in Los Angeles, so unlikely to meet during your stay. If you are unable to locate the residence, please contact us by phone immediately.

1) Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. No Parties. 2) Smoking is not allowed on the property. 3) We expect respectful behavior. Please treat the property as if it were your own. 4) Dogs are allowed and you must indicate it on your reservation. There is an additional $125 Pet Fee. Sorry, no cats (common allergen). 5) No Pets are allowed in the beds or furniture. There is an enclosed yard outside. 6) Guests should utilize the beds for sleeping. The couch converts into a sleeper. 7) Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, of any other type of trash down the toilet. This can cause major sewage blockages at the house. 8) The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
